Q: How do I upgrade my storage plan?
A: You can upgrade your storage plan by going to Settings and selecting "Upgrade Storage." Choose a plan that fits your needs and follow the payment instructions.
Q: What happens if my storage is full?
A: When your storage is full, you won't be able to upload new files or create new backups. We recommend freeing up space or upgrading your plan to continue using the service.
Q: How do I recover deleted files?
A: Deleted files are moved to the Trash folder where they remain for 30 days before being permanently deleted. You can restore files from Trash at any time during this period.
